Whilst this is not an exhaustive list, it will give you color on the type of events Paul can host, with his multicultural background, and his global reach: everything from global public events, to private corporate, or industry, gatherings. Paul has even done weddings (for friends!).
The ALC is the most prestigious annual conference hosted in South Korea, with thousands of selected attendees, and leading figures, from Barack Obama to David Cameron.
Paul led the tech stage for the two days of the conference, with topics ranging from sustainable growth, technology opportunities and challenges, or cooperation.
_Asian Leadership Conference (Seoul)
_Transatlantic Leaders Forum (New York)
TLF has been called a “new Davos”, and is an annual conference in New York City. It is the first time that Goldman Sachs has ever allowed an external organization to co-host at its headquarters. The latest edition, in 2023, had prestigious speakers, from the CEO of Verizon, the head of AI at Meta/Facebook, to the CTO of the City of New York, or the heir to the luxury group LVMH empire.
Paul is not only the emcee of the stage, he also designed the agenda for months ahead, in coordination with the organizing team, and the speakers and their representatives.
_STEP Conference (Dubai)
STEP is the leading tech festival for emerging markets, with its most recent edition in 2024 being the 12th. It attracts esteemed speakers from the entire MENA region, and beyond (Europe, North America, Asia, etc.), ranging from noted venture capitalists to founders of billion-dollar startups.
Paul has been hosting the main stage, opening and closing the 2-day conference, for years (some say he’s part of the furniture by now!). He also leads the startup competition, the hectic highlight of the end of Day 2.
_STEP Anywhere (Full Remote)
In 2021, Paul and STEP decided to host a fully remote STEP Conference, STEP Anywhere. Paul installed full fiber optics to his home office, and created a full TV studio with 5 cameras! It was all live for 2 days: Paul was in London, the production in Dubai, and tens of thousands tuned in!
_Hello Tomorrow (Tokyo, Singapore, Paris)
Hello Tomorrow is both a series of conference and community that seeks to unlock the power of deep tech to solve the world’s toughest challenges. The movement looks to accelerate radical solutions that improves human and planetary health.
Paul has been the host for multiple events for them:
— in Tokyo, a place where Paul used to live, he hosted the stage, meeting the challenge of maintaining high energy in a live-translated bilingual conference.
— in Singapore, where Paul landed from New York 2 hours before stage time, where he energized the audience all day long, leading to praise from officials of the city.
— in Paris, the main annual event, where Paul created a communal energy that the audience and speakers alike loved.

_EY The Download (London, Global)
The Download is an EY global internal show, recorded with a multi-camera setup in a professional studio, featuring high-ranking executive of the global advisory firm.
Paul was the host of this unique multi-episode show, not only being the talent animating the show, but also interviewing all the EY leading figures. The show was streamed to all internal employees, available since on catch-up, and in audio format as well.
_MIT Innovation Forum (Bahrain)
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology Innovation Forum was launched to gather startups, investors, entrepreneurs, corporates, and researchers.
Paul led the stage, covering topics from AI to autonomous vehicles, with esteemed guests from all around the world.
_EquiFund (Athens)
Equifund is a cooperation between Greece and the European Investment Fund (EIF): a fund-of-funds to spur venture capital and private equity.
Paul was tasked to host the stage for the launch of the fund in Athens, working ahead in close collaboration with EIF in Luxembourg. He interviewed the surprise guest of honor on stage: the Prime Minister of Greece, which made the front page of many newspapers and headlined national TV.
_IATA (Silicon Valley, Madrid, Geneva)
The International Air Transport Association has tasked Paul multiple times to host their innovation events.
In the Silicon Valley, Paul led a group of airline executives —from Japan Airlines or Delta, to British Airways or Etihad— around the themes of cutting edge innovation for the air travel industry, on a multi-day event.
In Madrid, Paul led the innovation group in the air travel finance sector, with CFOs of airlines ranging from Air France / KLM to ANA.
_Hack Horizon (in an Airbus 380, Hong Kong & Heathrow airports)
Hack Horizon was a world’s first: the first ever independent hackathon at 30,000 feet!
Paul not only helped the organization of this unique event, he also co-hosted the various events happening with our partners: at Hong Kong Airport, at London Heathrow, and also in the cabin of a British Airways A380 flying between the two for 13 hours! A world first!
_Sigfox Global Conference (Singapore, Berlin)
This disruptive startup in low bandwidth telecommunications tasked Paul to lead its stage at its global conferences, attracting industry leaders, partners, even celebrities!
_HackYeah (Krakow)
HackYeah was the BIGGEST ever physical hackathon in the world when it happened, another world first for Paul.
Paul hosted the main stage for a whopping 24 hours in a row, with no sleep (the attendees were hacking away), but with the help of tons of pizza and coffee.
_Hanoi Innovation Forum (Hanoi)
When Hanoi decided to officially mark the launch of its startup ecosystem initiatives, who did they task to host the stage? Paul!
_Criteo (London)
This leader in display advertising tasked Paul to lead a seminar on how the aviation and travel sector could leverage marketing tools.
_BDL Accelerate (Beirut)
One of the biggest tech events organized in the MENA region, and Paul held the main stage, the event being broadcasted on television too.
_Bitspiration (Warsaw)
This festival of tech was the leading event for a while in Eastern Europe, and Paul led the stage every single time.
_Marketing Greece (Athens)
The national tourism board of Greece thought of no one other than Paul to both lead the main stage, but also interview multiple esteemed guests, from leaders at Google, to the President of the board.
Paul even led the stage along with 10 flight attendants (real ones!)
_LeWeb (Paris)
The definitive European annual tech summit for a decade: every December in Paris, attended by everyone from Elon Musk to the founders of Uber, Twitter, and even Emmanuel Macron (who Paul prepared backstage!)
Paul shared the hosting duties with the founder of the event, and held the main stage for the 2-day, later 3-day event, with thousands of attendees.
_DigitalK (Sofia)
DigitalK is the startup conference for the CEE market, one which attracts speakers from the Silicon Valley to Japan.
Paul has been the host for the event for a while, the team renewing their trust in him year after year.
